Divine Phases celebrates women in all of our divine phases through movement, meditation, and energy work.
I began teaching yoga over a decade ago, and over the years my offerings have veered towards gentle yoga, restorative, yin, and yoga nidra with a sprinkling of barre a yoga-based strength movement.
I design my classes to encourage women to “work-in” instead of workout and to hold the space for participants to move and be still in a way that supports their individual needs in body, mind, and spirit.
Om Shanti,
Kelsey
